My Fave Restaurants & Cafes in Baguio

·

One of the many things that gets me excited when I travel is trying out new food places—and one of the best cities to experience good food locally is Baguio. Whether you’re into slow mornings with coffee, hearty comfort food, or something a little fancy, Baguio has something for you. Here are my current favorite cafes and restaurants in the city:

  1. Hill Station

    • Casa Vallejo, Upper Session Rd, Baguio

Hill Station offers a fusion of dishes from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. I recommend the Fresh Tomato and Pumpkin Soup, Hill Station Green Garden Salad, and Slow Roast Beef. The ambiance is cozy and elegant, and the customer service is consistently great.

  2. Balai Inasal

    • 5 Camia Street, Baguio

If you’re craving legit Chicken Inasal, Balai Inasal nails it—juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. It’s on the 3rd floor, so there’s a bit of a climb, but the view and the food make it worth it.

  3. Rebel Bakehouse

    • KM. 3 Naguilian Rd, Baguio

This spot is a hidden gem. Known mostly for its pastries, Rebel Bakehouse also serves excellent coffee and surprisingly amazing meals. It’s perfect for brunch, merienda, or when you just want a quiet spot to chill and eat well.

  4. B1C at the Brent Guest House

    • Brent International School Compound

B1C is the place if you’re after cozy vibes, no crowds, and premium-tasting coffee. Tucked inside the Brent compound, it feels a little more exclusive and peaceful. Perfect for catching up with friends or some quiet alone time.

  5. The Gallery by Witchcraft

    • 37 Military Cutoff Rd, Baguio

This place is quickly becoming our go-to for effortlessly good food. The dishes are consistent and satisfying, and the live music adds just the right vibe. If you’re in Baguio and want great food in a relaxed, artsy setting—this is a must-try.

These are just a few of my current favorites—but Baguio’s food scene keeps evolving, and I can’t wait to discover more. If you have your own go-to spots in the city, I’d love to hear about them!
